DESCRIPTION:Join North Vancouver Greens for a summer picnic\, community gathering\, and updates on Provincial and Federal Green initiatives.\nWhether you’re a long-time member or just curious\, join both the Federal and BC Green Parties for an afternoon of community\, conversation\, and connection at our North Vancouver Green Picnic. \nThis informal outdoor gathering is an opportunity to meet fellow environmentalists\, connect with neighbours who share an interest in building a more sustainable and just future\, and learn about exciting developments in Green politics on the North Shore. This event is open to anyone. \nLight refreshments will be provided and there will be plenty of time to socialize and enjoy the summer atmosphere. \nThe event will also feature two brief presentations:\n– An update from the BC Greens on the recent formation of the North Vancouver Provincial Riding Association and opportunities to get involved.\n– An update from the Federal Greens on preparations for the upcoming North Vancouver federal by-election and how local supporters can participate in the campaign. \nBring a friend\, meet new people\, and help strengthen the Green community on the North Shore.
