We think our water deserves better. \nThis is your chance to meet fellow climate advocates\, make some noise\, and show our leaders that British Columbians want smart\, sustainable solutions—not projects that put our environment at risk. \nWhether you’re a longtime activist or it’s your first protest\, everyone is welcome. Bring your friends\, your family\, your homemade signs\, and your passion for protecting B.C.’s future. DESCRIPTION:Join the BC Greens and leader Emily Lowan as we march in the 2026 Vancouver Pride Parade and show our support for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Pride is both a celebration and a protest\, and it is more important than ever that we stand together in solidarity\, inclusion\, and equality.\nWe encourage all volunteers to wear their BC Greens shirt and as much rainbow and Pride-themed clothing or accessories as possible. BC Green shirts and rainbow accessories will also be available. \nPlease remember to bring a hat\, water bottle\, sunscreen\, and comfortable walking shoes. As the route is relatively long and the weather may be hot\, we recommend dressing appropriately and staying hydrated throughout the event. \nAdditional details\, including the exact meeting location and timing\, will be provided closer to the event date.
