Thursday October 22 | Saanichton | Agricultural All Candidates Forum with Lisa Lapointe

Join Lisa Lapointe at the South Island Agricultural Society All Candidates Forum!

Join us on Thursday, October 22nd from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Saanich Fairgrounds for an all candidates forum hosted by the North & South Saanich Agricultural Society and the Southern Vancouver Island Farmers Institute.

The forum is an opportunity for local farmers, agricultural producers, Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) landowners, and others in the region to hear directly from candidates about their parties’ positions and priorities on agricultural issues.

Unlike a general all candidates forum, this event focuses specifically on agriculture, including farmland protection, agricultural visibility and use, water availability, and the challenges facing local farmers and food producers.

Location: Saanich Fairgrounds
