Sunday August 2nd | Vancouver | Pride Parade

Join the BC Greens and leader Emily Lowan as we march in the 2026 Vancouver Pride Parade and show our support for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Pride is both a celebration and a protest, and it is more important than ever that we stand together in solidarity, inclusion, and equality. 🏳️‍🌈💚

We will be meeting just off the Concord Pop Up Park (50 Pacific Blvd) on Quebec St, 2 blocks north of Science world, just south of the Georgia Viaduct. We will load in after the parade begins, and walk towards BC Place. The nearest Skytrain Station is Main Street-Science World. Look for the Green shirts!

Our official marshalling group is “Unicorn (North) #74, Group D” — please make sure you remember this information, as you may be asked for it when entering the loading zone.

Please arrive between 11:45 am and 12:15pm. Do not arrive any earlier than 11:30am, and no later than 12:30pm.

We encourage all volunteers to wear their BC Greens shirt, and as much rainbow/Pride colours in other ways. We will also have both BC Green shirts, and rainbow accessories available. Please remember a hat, water bottle, sunscreen, and proper walking shoes as it’s likely to be very hot and the route is relatively long!
